Élan provided civil engineering for the renovation of the Exchange Building in St. Paul, the 110-year-old Beaux Arts landmark that once housed St. Agatha’s Conservatory of Music and Art and 90 nuns of the Sisters of St. Joseph and was awarded a Top Project of 2019 by Finance and Commerce.
