The Barnum, located in White Bear Lake between the Stadium Sports Bar and Linden Avenue on County Road East, will include a four-story apartment complex consisting of 192 market rate units. The roughly 4.67-acre site previously accommodated three single family homes and a handful of vehicle and storage structures. At 41 units per acre, zoning will change from general business and medium-density residential to high-density residential.
